Natan (CST, RSMT, RSME) is a trauma-informed somatic bodyworker, craniosacral therapist, and registered somatic movement therapist and educator who supports individuals in feeling more alive, whole, and at home in their bodies.
Natan works collaboratively with clients, inviting them to participate as active agents in their healing. By learning to remain present with sensations, thoughts, emotions, and one’s relationship to touch itself, clients are guided to engage their own awareness as an essential element of change. Natan believes that deep healing and transformation arise through the integration of body, mind, emotion, and relationship. When these are in alignment, greater ease, clarity, and wholeness can emerge.
Natan studied massage therapy at the McKinnon Institute and mindfulness-based somatic psychotherapy at the Hakomi Institute of California. He is a core faculty member at the Tamalpa Institute, an internationally recognized training program in movement-based expressive arts therapy. His additional studies include Innate Somatic Intelligence Trauma Therapy with Manuela Mischke-Reeds; Relational Somatic Healing with Shirley Bar-Dvir; and Body-Mind Centering with Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen and Rebecca Hasseltine.
Depending on a client’s needs, in addition to bodywork, sessions may include guided body-based meditations, somatic education, and mindful dialogue, as ways to open clear channels of communication between body and mind.
Natan holds a master’s degree in Education from Goddard College, where he studied the intersection of somatics, creativity, and education.
*Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on form of bodywork that supports the whole person. Through light, subtle touch, it works with the body’s innate capacity to regulate, heal, and restore balance. Craniosacral therapy can pair beautifully with ketamine sessions or psychedelic integration by supporting nervous system regulation, deep relaxation, and a sense of “coming home” in the body—helping clients feel more centered, grounded, and at ease.
