Jessica Daily, LMFT, FDN-P

Marriage & Family Therapist
Jess Daily is a dedicated practitioner of holistic and integral healing. She engages a multidisciplinary and comprehensive approach in order to touch many aspects of one's life, including the physical, emotional, spiritual, and historical imprints.

Jess takes a relational and depth-oriented approach that is supported by somatic and mindfulness-based practices, and is trauma-informed. Her practice is influenced by the Hakomi method and draws on over 15 years of contemplative, mind-body medicine, and ceremonial practices. She has a deep-rooted capacity for empathy, compassionate listening, and care of the soul. She values creating a trusting and safe environment to explore one's inner landscape and life experiences that helps the client gain insight into the relationship with the Self and find balance in the mind-body-spirit connection. Jess believes healing is an integral and holistic experience that relies on reconnection with the natural world and a sense of belonging.

Jess works with clients experiencing a wide range of conditions including pain and suffering, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, isolation, complex trauma, and disconnection. She works with individuals, couples, and family dyads. She has extensive experience in Ketamine-assisted therapy and psychedelic integration. Jess trained as a Ketamine-assisted therapist with the Sage Institute and received her Master's in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute.

  • Establishing a safe place for couples to explore crises and work through issues with clear structure and boundaries.
  • Building skills around foundational communication and relational skills.
  • Identifying roles, patterns, and relational dynamics.
  • Exploring core beliefs and values.
  • Learn adaptive strategies for working with individual and couple's issues.
  • Strengthening attachment styles and repairing unhealthy bonding structures.
  • Rejuvenating intimacy and connection.
  • Getting ready for commitment - Building a consciously healthy relationship for the engaged or newly married.
  • Preparing a healthy relationship for a child.
  • Parenting coaching, building skills, and finding the balance in differences.
