Ketamine & Authentic Movement
6-Week Group Therapy Program

Join us for a deep encounter with yourself in all its complexities through a unique weaving of ketamine-assisted group therapy and Authentic Movement. This six-week group program, running from October 9th-November 13th, will offer a supportive and nurturing environment for psychological processing and integration through expanded self-awareness, embodied expression, and group process.

Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy has gained recognition as a powerful therapeutic approach, particularly for people struggling with treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other mental health conditions. This group program integrates the benefits of ketamine therapy with the embodiment practice of Authentic Movement, a somatic form that invites participants to explore their inner landscape through spontaneous, non-judgmental movement and imagination. Authentic Movement offers a space for self-exploration, emotional release, and accessing the wisdom of the body through facilitating a dialogue with the unconscious. This series seeks to utilize these practices so that they reciprocally potentiate each other: the Authentic Movement giving space for somatic preparation and integration of the Ketamine experience, and the Ketamine softening the boundaries of the self to access richer expressions of embodied experience and insight in the practice of Authentic movement.

*In order to join this group we ask that participants commit to attending all sessions and pay in full in advance. We also ask that you have an appropriate diagnosis, have had prior experience with Ketamine assisted therapy and are currently engaged in regular individual therapy.
