Roya (they/them) is an Iranian and Italian trans person who works at Sage as an Office Associate, where they divide their time between taking care of the office and helping with administrative tasks. When they are not working at Sage, they are a student in the Integral Counseling Program at California Institute for Integral Studies, where they are working towards a master's degree in Counseling Psychology.
Roya is passionate about working with queer and trans people, and using therapy as a liberatory tool. They draw inspiration from their deep relationship with the ocean, riding their bike, and engaging their creativity through art and music.
