Right Relationship with Ketamine

Exploring ketamine use with curiosity, honesty, and compassion

6-Week Support Group

Tuesdays at 5:30pm, start date TBD
  • Are you experiencing challenges with your ketamine use, or would you like support navigating your relationship with ketamine? This group offers a non-judgmental space to examine your relationship with ketamine, define what "healthy use" means for you, and build community support through a harm reduction lens.

As research demonstrates ketamine's robust therapeutic potential, more people than ever have access to this medicine—including those who are working with it for the first time. With this expansion some find themselves struggling to use ketamine safely and intentionally. They may develop problematic patterns of use, or struggle to integrate psychedelic medicine into their existing recovery model.

This group offers facilitated self-reflection, psychoeducation on harm reduction approaches to substance use, support for intentional psychedelic exploration, and community connection for people who use ketamine.

    Ketamine Assisted Therapist

Syd McClune (they/she) is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in ketamine-assisted therapy and psychedelic integration, with a harm reduction approach to substance use. With roots in bodywork and expressive arts, Syd brings an embodied, relational approach to supporting people navigating their relationship with psychedelic medicines.

Syd has experience helping clients work with ketamine therapeutically, and understands both its healing potential and the challenges that can arise when use becomes difficult to manage. They recognize that for many people—particularly those in recovery or exploring ketamine for the first time—questions about "right relationship" with this medicine can be complex and deeply personal.

Drawing on Esalen-trained Gestalt therapy, transpersonal psychology, and trauma-informed care, Syd’s group facilitation creates non-judgmental spaces where honest reflection and community support can flourish. They deeply appreciate the power of groups, where the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. Their approach centers your autonomy, honors where you are in your journey, and supports you in defining what healthy ketamine use means for you.
