I offer soul-centered, person-centered, relational psychotherapy for those seeking deeper healing and self-understanding. My work is rooted in openness, curiosity, and reverence for the wholeness that already exists within you. I am especially passionate about supporting Black folks and other People of Color as we navigate the intersections of identity, culture, and belonging.
I draw from an eclectic blend of therapeutic modalities to meet each client where they are. My work integrates cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), depth psychology, internal family systems (IFS), and somatic mindfulness techniques. Together, we can explore the complex landscapes of the inner world with sensitivity, curiosity, and compassion. Always honoring one’s unique lived experience, environment, and sources of support.
I believe you already hold the answers within you. Through our work together, you will gain a deeper understanding of how your inner world is shaped and how it influences your lived experiences. With new insight and practical tools, you can cultivate peace, alignment, and meaningful change.
My passions include plant medicine, integration work, and trauma recovery, as well as creative and intuitive practices such as art therapy and dreamwork. In my free time, you can find me at the ocean’s edge, creating art, moving through yoga, performing spoken word, and gathering in the warmth of community and loved ones.
