Natasha Sagalovsky

Embodied Somatic & Relational Coaching
Natasha Sagalovsky (she/her/ella) has over 15 years of experience supporting individuals in coming home to their bodies, their breath, and their inner knowing. She works with people navigating chronic pain, trauma recovery, emotional neglect, self abandonment, and aging-related physical and emotional changes through a body-based, trauma-informed, and relational approach to care.

With a deep love for the human body and its innate intelligence, Natasha brings reverence and trust to the healing process. She understands the body as a rich source of information and resilience, holding not only our histories but also our capacity for repair and reorganization. Her work supports clients in developing a more authentic and meaningful relationship with themselves, their own hearts, and their world.

Natasha’s approach is warm, attuned, and integrative, tending mind, body, spirit, and relational world simultaneously. She creates a space where all parts of a person are welcome and can be explored with curiosity and care. Through this work, clients deepen their nervous system awareness, increased capacity to express themselves more vulnerably and honestly, breathing deep and staying present with experience, while growing their capacity to be guided and resourced from within.

Her hope is that beyond insight or understanding alone, clients are supported in cultivating a trusting, lived relationship with themselves and others, one that allows for greater ease, integrity, agency, and awareness of interconnection.

Natasha is a longtime student of yoga, having lived in an ashram for 6 years as part of the core staff. She is also a student of Somatic Experiencing®, Authentic Relating, Feminine and Herbal Wisdom Lineages, Five Element and Meridian Yoga Therapy, Ecopsychology, and the here and now.

Originally from South America, she speaks English and Spanish fluently.
