Many of us know when we’re stressed, tired, overwhelmed, or in need of care, but don’t always know what our bodies are asking for. This three-part series exploring breath, movement, and touch as pathways into greater presence, nourishment, and connection with yourself.

Through guided exploration and creative practices, you’ll learn to notice how different somatic practices affect you, and begin to discover what helps you feel more grounded, connected, and at ease.

This series may be especially resonant if you’re drawn to embodied or meditative practices, looking for new ways to slow down, or curious about developing a more attentive relationship with your present moment experience.

Week 1: Breath / Explore breath as a source of grounding, presence, vitality, and ease.
Week 2: Movement / Explore movement as a way to awaken, release, regulate, express, and restore.
Week 3: Touch / Explore self-contact through different kinds of touch, pressure, hand positions, and sensory awareness.
