Jess Daily has a degree in plant & soil science from the University of Massachusetts, a certificate in plant-based nutrition and Ayurvedic medicine from Cornell University, and a certificate from Function Nutrition Diagnostics in San Diego. She uses a multidisciplinary and personalized approach to healing, treating clients with a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, inflammation, autoimmune disorders, hormone dysregulation, and gut dysbiosis. Typically when working with Julie, the initial appointment starts with a 50 minute intake to get a complete picture of your history and what you bring to the table. If seeing Julie strictly for medication support, follow up visits are 30 minutes and are as frequent as every few weeks to every three months. Typical treatment for psychotherapy with Heather occurs as weekly 50-minute sessions, and depending on the current experiences and mental health of the client can be in the form of brief-therapy or long-term therapy.
