Women’s Bodies + Women’s choices: Information + Support is Power.

This is a women’s focus group attuning to the exploration of women’s health and wellness. We will focus on some leading women’s health issues including: hormonal systems, fertility, digestive issues, thyroid and adrenal fatigue, food choices, energy levels to general wellness, and self-care practices.

Monthly sessions will offer discussions and guidance to help you understand every aspect of your body—physically, emotionally and spiritually. Together, we will explore women’s health and wellness topics to give you the facts and the tools you need, bridging the best of traditional wisdom and some helpful discoveries of modern medicine. Information is power and all women should feel empowered in their choices, whether for maintaining health or getting well.

Support and knowledge helps bodies have the capacity to heal beyond whatever we have been led to believe. Supportive decision-making and practices in women’s natural health care will help you to find your true wellness. We will focus on developing our awareness of and respect for the intricate connections between diet, lifestyle, health, and happiness.

This group is open to women of all ages, backgrounds, and health statuses, and to all those who identify as female.
